Delivery charges
Shipping costs depend on the item and the country of delivery. They are shown on every product page and in the checkout before purchase. All prices are in euros and include VAT. If your order contains items from several categories, shipping costs are calculated per category.
Package items include, for example, Kettcars, tricycles, balance bikes, swings, handcarts and table tennis accessories. We deliver table tennis tables via a haulage contractor.

Switzerland: Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to import charges such as customs duties and import VAT. These are paid by the recipient.
We deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Spain and the Czech Republic. Delivery of this item is not possible to countries not listed here.
Delivery times
The current delivery time is shown on each product page and depends on the availability of the item. Working days are Monday to Friday; weekends and public holidays are not included.
Within Germany:
- Table tennis tables via freight forwarder: 5 to 7 working days
- Table tennis accessories, tricycles, swings, handcarts and go-karts via DHL: 2 to 4 working days
- Trampolines via DPD: 3 to 5 working days
International:
- Table tennis tables to Austria: approx. 2 weeks
- Table tennis tables to other countries: 2 to 3 weeks
- Table tennis accessories, children’s and play products: 1 to 2 weeks
Depending on the region and around public holidays such as Christmas or Easter, delivery may be delayed by 2 to 3 days. We are in constant contact with our delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
If an order contains several items, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. If the items are delivered by different providers – for example, by a haulage contractor and by parcel service – they may be delivered separately.
Delivery by freight carrier
K1–K15 and EDEN table tennis tables to Germany, Austria and France (DHL):
- Home Delivery Service with two-man handling
- up to the first lockable door (K15: up to the kerb)
- Delivery between 8 am and 4 pm
- Advance notification by telephone
K1–K15 and EDEN table tennis tables to other countries (GEIS freight forwarders):
- Delivery to the kerbside
- Advance notification by telephone
Basic table tennis tables to Germany and Austria (Rhenus):
- Home delivery service with two-man handling to the playing venue
- Delivery between 8 am and 6 pm
- Book a delivery slot via the Rhenus Delivery Portal
Delivery must be possible using a 40-tonne lorry. If, for example, a road is only authorised for 7.5 tonnes or a passage is only 2 metres wide, delivery will not be possible. The haulage company will contact you in advance by telephone to arrange a delivery time with you. For this, we need a telephone number from the country of delivery.
If delivery fails for reasons for which you are responsible, you will bear the reasonable costs incurred as a result.
Preferred delivery date: For table tennis tables within Germany, you can request a preferred delivery date by emailing info@kettlershop.com. The surcharge is €49.90, and delivery takes place on weekdays. A specific time slot cannot be arranged.
Parcel delivery
We dispatch parcels via DHL and trampolines via DPD. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days without giving a reason. Full details are set out in the cancellation policy.
Returns are subject to a charge. We do this to avoid unnecessary transport and ask for your understanding.
Parcel items (children’s and play products, table tennis accessories, handcarts, Kettcar):
- Please get in touch via our contact form.
- We will register the return. You will receive an email containing a link which you can use to generate and pay for the correct returns label based on the weight and size of your parcel.
- Pack the return securely and hand it in at DHL, using the printed label or the QR code.

Return costs from abroad per parcel: Austria, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic €21.59; Italy and Spain €22.87. You are responsible for the cost of returning items from abroad; our customer service team will provide you with the exact amount on request.
Kreaty play sofa: If the parcel is still in its original packaging, the returns process is the same as for children’s and play products. Once unpacked, the Kreaty will no longer fit into the original packaging. In this case, please contact our customer service team and we will explain the exact procedure to you.
Table tennis tables:
- Please get in touch via our contact form.
- We will arrange the return and instruct the courier to collect the item. The courier will arrange a collection date with you by telephone.
- Please ensure the table is well packed in its original box and ready for collection.
Return costs for table tennis tables: K1 models K15 and below from Germany: €98.00. Basic model from Germany: €85.00; from Austria: €131.20; from France: €183.47; from the Netherlands: €173.50. In all other cases, we will inform you of the costs before arranging collection. We will deduct the return costs from your refund.
Refund: Once we have received the returned item at our warehouse, we will refund the amount via the payment method you used when placing your order. Any costs arising from missing or incorrect address details shall be borne by the buyer.
Payment methods
You can pay via PayPal, Klarna (purchase on account), credit card, Shop Pay, Google Pay or by prepayment. Purchase on account is available via Klarna or PayPal.
Prepayment: You transfer the invoice amount in advance to the account specified in the order confirmation, quoting your order number as the reference. Dispatch takes place once payment has been received.
In the event of a refund, we will always use the same payment method as for the original order. You will automatically receive an invoice for every order.
