The Difference
That's why a KETTLER lasts longer.
From the outside, they look similar. The difference becomes apparent in the third season—in the frame, the material, and whether replacement parts are available.
| Characteristic | KETTLER | Other providers |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacture | Made in Germany | Place of manufacture is usually not specified |
| Playing area | 4 mm melamine-faced board, moisture-resistant | Coated wood-based materials, with limited durability when used outdoors |
| Frame | 25 mm round tube profile, powder-coated | Thin-walled tube, often simply painted |
| Dimensions | Competition size 274 x 152.5 cm, tested in accordance with EN 14468-1 | Reduced recreational dimensions without reference to standards |
| Spare parts | Net, handle and rollers can be reordered separately | No spare parts — if it breaks, you have to buy a new one |
Buy the right one once instead of buying a new one every two years.
