The Difference
That's why a KETTLER lasts longer.
From the outside, they look similar. The difference becomes apparent in the third season—in the frame, the material, and whether replacement parts are available.
| Characteristic | KETTLER | Other providers |
|---|---|---|
| Sheet thickness | 19 mm fine-grain chipboard | Often thinner at the base |
| Folding mechanism | SMS: one handle on each side of the game, locks into place automatically | Lever at the bottom of the frame, flaps in a crouched position |
| Frame | 30 x 30 mm square-section tube, welded carriage | Pipe joint subjected to stress at the joints |
| Stability | The rear height adjuster compensates for unevenness of up to 30 mm | Stable footing, wobbling on uneven ground |
| Spare parts | Net sets, reels and small parts can be reordered individually | No spare parts — if it breaks, you have to buy a new one |
Buy the right one once instead of buying a new one every two years.
