Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the item and the shipping region and are displayed during the checkout process.
Although we do charge shipping costs, we always strive to keep them as fair and customer-friendly as possible. Our trampoline is classified as a parcel item; however, due to its size, it is shipped as bulky goods in two separate packages.
Delivery time
Current delivery times depend on product availability and are regularly updated on the website.
Business days are Monday to Friday; weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Please note:
Shipping may vary slightly depending on the region. On certain holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.) there may also be delays of 2-3 days. There can always be delays in shipping, which we unfortunately can not influence. However, we do our best in constant communication with the shipping company to bring the goods to you as soon as possible.
If the desired destination country is not available, the shipping and the respective costs can be requested at any time. In this case please contact us.
Shipping to Switzerland
In order to guarantee you a smooth and transparent ordering process, we have designed the shipping costs so that all fees incurred - including customs duties, import sales tax and all other costs for customs clearance - are already covered in advance.
What does this mean for you? Quite simply, the price you see at checkout is the final price. There will be no additional charges on delivery. We'll take care of all the necessary paperwork and costs to get your order straight to your door - with no surprises or hidden costs.

Delivery and shipping conditions
The delivery of goods is made by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address provided by the customer to Kettlershop.com is decisive.
If there are several items in the order, the delivery will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Shipping with forwarder
Shipping of table tennis tables (K1–K15, EDEN) to Germany, Austria and France via DHL
- Home Delivery Service (two-person handling)
- Delivery to the first lockable door (exception: K15, delivery to the curbside)
- Delivery takes place between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Shipping of table tennis tables (BASIC) to Germany and Austria via Rhenus freight forwarding

Delivery of table tennis tables must be possible with a 40-ton truck (i.e., a standard truck). If, for example, the road is restricted to 7.5 tons or the access width is only 2 meters, delivery is not possible.
Prior to delivery, the freight forwarder will contact you by phone to arrange a specific delivery date. It is therefore necessary to provide a domestic telephone number.
If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.
For return shipping costs in the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer, the provisions set out in the seller’s cancellation policy apply.
Package shipping
All items that can be shipped as parcels are sent via DHL, except for trampolines, which are shipped via DPD.
Once the goods have been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery.
Desired delivery date with shipping by DHL
If a specific desired delivery date for a table tennis table is desired, then this can be requested in writing via info@kettlershop.com. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer and amount to plus 49.90 € (delivery on weekdays). This applies only to shipments to Germany. In all other countries no desired delivery date is possible. Please note that only the day, but no time window can be specified.
