You have the right to return the item within 14 days without giving any reason.

The return will be registered and you will receive a return label by e-mail.
Please make sure to pack the return well.
The label is either printed out and affixed to the parcel or handed in digitally via the QR code at the DHL parcel counter.
After receipt of the return in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded less the return costs in the amount of 5.90 euros (within Germany), the international return costs are to be inquired in each case at the customer support.

The return is registered and the shipping company is instructed to pick up the plate, this can take 1-2 weeks
Please make sure that the plate is well packed and ready for pickup in the original box.
The pickup takes place after making an appointment by phone with the shipping company.
After receipt of the return in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded minus the return costs. For the return (within Germany) of our models K1, K3 and K5 we charge 79,90 Euro, for the models K10, K15, EDEN 89,90 Euro. For international returns please ask our support directly for the costs.

The refund will be made after receipt of the return in our warehouse on the payment method you deposited with the order.
