Important Delivery Information Before Christmas

Table Tennis Tables (Freight Shipping)

To ensure your table tennis table arrives in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order early. Due to the high shipping volume of our freight partners, delivery times may be longer during the pre-Christmas period and preferred delivery dates may be limited.

Please note: Delivery is carried out by a 2-man handling service to the room of choice – the freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange the delivery date. For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, please order with delivery within Germany by 15 December 2025, 11 a.m., and with delivery within Austria by 12 December 2025, 11 a.m.

Trampolines

Our parcel service providers also experience significantly higher shipment volumes during the Advent season, which may result in longer transit times.

To ensure your trampoline arrives on time, we recommend ordering with delivery within Germany by 19 December 2025, 11 a.m., and for international delivery by 17 December 2025, 11 a.m.

Swings, Tricycles, Kettcars, Handcarts and Table Tennis Accessories

During the pre-Christmas period, DHL experiences a very high parcel volume, which may extend regular delivery times. We continue to dispatch your orders daily, but we kindly ask for your understanding regarding possible delays caused by DHL.

For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your order with delivery

2. to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland by 19 December 2025, 12 p.m.

Please note:

Shipping may vary slightly depending on the region. On certain holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.) there may also be delays of 2-3 days. There can always be delays in shipping, which we unfortunately can not influence. However, we do our best in constant communication with the shipping company to bring the goods to you as soon as possible.

If the desired destination country is not available, the shipping and the respective costs can be requested at any time. In this case please contact us.

Shipping to Switzerland

In order to guarantee you a smooth and transparent ordering process, we have designed the shipping costs so that all fees incurred - including customs duties, import sales tax and all other costs for customs clearance - are already covered in advance.

What does this mean for you? Quite simply, the price you see at checkout is the final price. There will be no additional charges on delivery. We'll take care of all the necessary paperwork and costs to get your order straight to your door - with no surprises or hidden costs.

Delivery and shipping conditions

The delivery of goods is made by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address provided by the customer to Kettlershop.com is decisive.

If there are several items in the order, the delivery will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Before delivery, the shipping company will contact you by phone to coordinate the time window and the day of delivery with you. Here it is necessary that a domestic telephone number is deposited!

If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.

In the event of an effective exercise of the right of revocation by the customer, the provision made in the seller's revocation instructions shall apply to the return costs.

Package shipping

All items that can be shipped as a package are shipped with dpd, this includes the trampoline and our play sofa.

After the goods issue has been booked, you will receive a shipment number so that you can track the status of the delivery.

Desired delivery date with shipping by DHL

If a specific desired delivery date for a table tennis table is desired, then this can be requested in writing via info@kettlershop.com. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer and amount to plus 49.90 € (delivery on weekdays). This applies only to shipments to Germany. In all other countries no desired delivery date is possible. Please note that only the day, but no time window can be specified.
